C. Job Description
- Assist Area Manager to manage store staff to guide and motivate them to drive sales and have
meaningful outcomes - Assist Area Manager to build a strong store team for expansion in KR market
- Coordinate with HR for frontline sales staff hiring and onboarding
- Ensure communication material for store staff and ensure key brand message is reflected across store staff
- Ensure all store staff including both front line sales staff & store managerial level staff are “on brand” to deliver Casetify’s core value to the customers
- Support in day-to-day execution tasks
- Follow up ad hoc projects or assignments as required
D. Requirement
- 5+ years of experience. Preferably in fashion, sports, watch, technology, or accessories
business - Native Korean & Business English is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player, motivator, organizer, outgoing and friendly, hardworking, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
- Willing to travel to each store on a regular basis
